Cricket – Zalmi school league to be played in Pakistan

Karachi – Peshawar Zalmi introduced the Zalmi School League to promote cricket on the Gross Root Level in the KP. The event will start in KP phase wise. Phase 1 & phase 2. In phase one there will include four regional teams in the event, which are Bannau, Peshawar, whereas 2 teams from each region, Malakand and Hazara will participate in its first phase.

In addition to this, phase two will be comprised of 7 divisions with on team from Army Public School Peshawar and the other one will be the champion team of its first phase which is starting later in this month.
Chairman Peshawar Zalmi Mr Javed Afridi says that Peshawar Zalmi Foundation will carry out this league in KP to promote Cricket at grass root level. After Zalmi Haier 100 picthes projetc this league will provide good opportunity to young players to showcase talent. Javed Afridi  further added that the Zalmai School League will be attributed to the name of the martyrdom of Army Public School Peshawar.
Matches of Phase one will be played in Haripur while final will be held in Peshawar. APS Peshawar team will also be invited to witness the final of phase one.
